Download file to colab

I am on Unity 2017.4.12f1 - pulling an existing project onto a new computer results in the download being placed in /Collab/Download/ and leaves an empty open project after the import. If you try opening /Collab/Download it imports all of the files, but then Collab wants to push (in my case, thousands) of new 'changes' to sync back up with Collab.
